An unused cover for House of Mystery (DC Comics) most likely done in the mid-1960s. The note above says that it was to be used as a "house ad". The inventory stamps say that this was still in the DC archives as late as 1973 but this piece is from Meskin's personal collection. It also is strikingly similar to the cover of House of Mystery #174 (1968) by another artist. Meskin had quit DC in 1965 to go to work in advertising.
